Join Me For Some Bright Line Eating!

 

Hi Girls,

Spring is in the air, Leo has just won the Oscar for Best Actor (Yeah!!), the daffodils are smiling in the fields around me, and life if good! Well, there is still room for improvement… I dunno about you ladies, but I could do with losing a few pounds. Each Monday, I will be doing an update. Starting today, Monday the 29th, I shall be kissing sugar goodbye for 30 days, as well as flour. I am following the Bright Line Eating Program devised by Susan Peirce Thompson. For this BHAG (big hairy audacious goal), the four pillars are:

  • No Flour
  • No Sugar
  • Three Meals
  • Weigh everything

I’m trying it for a month and could do with some company. We could comment below on how our journey is going…

I am planning to go to Russell, Manitoba in May as I wish to buy some flowers ? from Skinner’s nursery and visit a few friends!Dr. frank Skinner cross bred and invented many new ? roses. After he passed on his son tooover.A year ago I was a size 4 due to many gallbladder attacks and only ate fish,chicken,sweet potatoes and Jello.Am now a size 9-10. I have so many nice clothes in the closet that don’t fit and had lots of compliments when I was small and now none. Lol-what do I expect anyway but want to give it a try. I’m in
